After taking some soundings amongst the younger members of our audience it has become apparent that the younger generation have developed their own vernacular. Popular beat combos of the day are sometimes using this new way of speaking and have produced some quite startling works labelled “Rap”.

BREW: Innovation is in our blood

We have always strived to remain up to date in all our dealings. We were one of the first broadcasters to allow ladies into the control room, and recently they have even been allowed to talk into the microphone! Progress, always. In this spirit, the introduction to Chapter 7 is delivered by my good self in the stylee of a Rap artist.

I hope you enjoy it.

Word.

BREW is rebuilding

After the tragic fire that innihilated our entire library of works we have been working steadily to rise from the ashes. The serialisation of “Turning Left at Albuquerque” as an audiobook is the start. But we are also striving to take our place once more and the quality broadcaster of choice for today’s discerning listener.

Better, stronger, faster

We cannot return to the past, so we are forced to look to the future. Even now our crack team of reporters and writers are scouring the land for unique voices, interesting stories and breaking news. We will be trialling the first of these innovations as part of the “Turning Left…” omnibus to be released on May 22nd 2009, so stay tuned for more information soon!

The world is changing!

And we at British Radioweb Entertainment Worldwide are not ones to pretend that progress is not happening all around us. Our switchboards have been lit up with interest since we announced our patronage of the podcast audiobook of “Turning Left at Albuquerque”. Some listeners have been aghast at the thought of embracing new technology and have been concerned that theirĀ  “laptop” or “PC” wouldn’t be able to take advantage of this glorious new venture.

Fear Not!

Our young gentleman technical adviser assures me that any interwebbery device can receive the podcast broadcasts, and there is no need to have an ‘iPod’. I’m sure this will be a relief to those persons who have a clue about that which he is talking about. For myself I am content to talk into the microphone and do my bit in introducing the programmes.

Chapter Two

Simply point your interweb engines at this link and you will be able to hear Chapter Two in all it’s glory. After the chapter there is also a blood-curdling message about Seth Harwood’s new novel, “Jack Wakes Up”. Ladies and vicars may wish to turn down the volume at that point. Onwards!

Great excitement here at British Radioweb Entertainment Worldwide as Chapter One of “Turning Left at Albuquerque” is published on turningleft.podbean.com. And thanks to a marvel of the modern age you can play it directly from the widget just above!

Our very own Lord Poncenby presides over the whole proceedings and you can hear his cultured tones at the beginning and end of the broadcast. Chapter Two will be released on Friday, so stay tuned to this station!

Good news, everyone.

A new informational broadcast has been prepared and distributed concerning our splendid new arrangement! You can listen to this auditory delight by pointing your websurfing engine at this link. More news to follow and don’t forget that the first thrilling episode is broadcast this Monday, the 4th of May (known throughout all the galaxies as Jedi day).

Toodlepip!

Henceforth we will be extending our RadioWeb entertainment with the completion of a new gentleman’s agreement between this esteemed organisation and a new upstart. You may wish to tune in to the weekly broadcasts of a spiffing new serial that makes Dan Dare seem like a real hero.

We have been forced into this ‘partnership’ due to the current financial climate. The Bubble has popped and we must all tighten our belts. Rumours of bad gambling debts are vigorously denied by Lord Poncenby: “The very idea that one would be forced into putting one’s good name to such an enterprise solely to keep ones knees intact is nothing short of scandalous. The magistrates will be called forthwith to any person spreading such scurrilous libel.”
